On the day of departure, the only meal included is breakfast and the check-out time from the suite is 12:00. All-Inclusive Extensions (Lunch) All-Inclusive extensions are allowed with a charge of $1,900.00 pesos per person and includes lunch and drinks until 5 pm. Late departure from the suites does not include meals and is subject to availability and will have an automatic extra charge of 50% of the confirmed suite rate, 6:00 p.m. m. it is the latest departure time allowed. Late checkout must be requested from the hotel on the group’s accommodation list.
To guarantee the preferential rate, payment by credit card will be requested, to cover the total time of the stay at the time of booking and a confirmation code will be granted for the stay at the Velas Vallarta hotel. Non Refundable Rate.
A “No Show” or guest who does not arrive on the reserved date will be charged. of your stay, releasing the Hotel from any responsibility for any type of return of previously processed payments.
Early arrivals that do not book with the indicated code will be subject to the current rates without responsibility of the Hotel forgrant preferential rates.
Early departures are subject to the total stay charge according to the reservation indication as it is non-refundable.

Performance of this agreement by either party is subject to events of force majeure, war, government regulations, disasters, hurricanes, floods, influential terrorist attacks, strikes, civil disturbances, and restriction of required transportation or other emergencies that make it inadvisable, illegal, or impossible to fulfill this agreement. It is provided that this agreement may be terminated for one or more of such reasons upon written notice from one party to the other, without liability.
The Hotel and the Client agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless the other party from and against all claims, actions or causes of action, liabilities, including attorneys’ fees, and costs arising out of the defense of any claim, action, cause of actions or liabilities arising out of or resulting from any act taken or committed by the Hotel on the one hand, or the
Client on the other hand, by virtue of the fulfillment or breach of the obligations of each party, including the negligence of each party next. The Hotel and the Client agree to defend, indemnify and hold the other party harmless for any claim, action, cause of action and liabilities that may be brought by third parties arising from compliance or breach of the obligations of each party in accordance with a this agreement, including the negligence of each of the parties under it, except the intent or gross negligence of the other party.
This agreement will be construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Jalisco, Mexico and, in the event that litigation is required to resolve any dispute between the parties involved, it is agreed that litigation will be initiated and maintained in the Circuit Court of Puerto Vallarta, Jalisco, Mexico. In the event of litigation, either under this agreement or for the collection of any sum due arising from the use of the Client or any of its clients of the Velas Vallarta facilities under this agreement, whether for rooms, services of food and beverage or meeting facilities, the prevailing party in such litigation shall be entitled to recover attorneys’ fees and court costs, including those related to any appeal process, in the space provided below.
